• Transcripts are prepared and managed by the secretary's office. To make it easier for everyone, we have prepared the following form that you can fill out to request a transcript.

• Before filling out the form, you need to make payable 50 ETB to the school through Awash Bank at the Asco, Addis Sefer Branch. The school code payment is ST004.

• After your transcript has been processed, we will let you know to come pick it up at school. When you come to pick up the transcript, you MUST bring the bank receipt and you should give it to the cashier so that she can give you the school receipt with you.

• You must bring a head shot picture of yourself  to be included in the transcript.

• After you have received the receipt from the cashier, you can go to the secretary's office on the ground floor so that she can give you the transcript.
